We are so excited about the Southeast Alaska State Fair this week! SEACC will be there from July 28 to July 31, and we can’t wait for the opportunity to talk to everyone.
Come stop by and chat with us about the issues that are important to you! As SEACC’s Inside Passage Waters Program Manager, I’m particularly looking forward to talking to folks about water quality and mining concerns, especially the Palmer Project, and keeping the Chilkat Valley, downtown Haines, and Lutak Inlet from becoming ore transport infrastructure for the Palmer Project and the many other mines being advanced in the Yukon and northern B.C.
I will be joined by our Communications Lead, Lauren Cusimano, our Development and Outreach Associate, Mel Izard, and our Development and Outreach Intern, Sydney Ribera. We can’t wait to see you!
