Artchange, Inc., a Sitka-based non-profit known for creating documentaries on contemporary issues important to Alaska communities, will be screening Cruise Boom!, an hour-long film about the impacts of the cruise industry in Alaska. Your first chance to view it is at Evening at Egan on Friday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. at the University of Alaska Southeast Juneau campus. You can also see it the following day, Nov. 11, at 4 p.m. at the Gold Town Theater in downtown Juneau. Inside Passage Waters program manager Aaron Brakel will be attending both, so be sure to say hi. |
