Will we be able to protect clean water in the future?
Under a bill (HB 168) currently under consideration in Alaska, any Alaskan trying to challenge a state permit would be required to post a bond or security to cover "[wages and benefits for employees and contractors] that may be lost if the industrial operation is wrongfully enjoined."
