Development Assistant/Office Manager
Job Description:
The Development Assistant-Office Manager is responsible for the organization and planning of all aspects of office administration including, but not limited to:
Development Assistance- 50%
Assist staff with general development support including annual raffle, major donor campaign, legacy giving, foundation research and grant writing and reports. Help coordinate major donor relationships, including scheduling appointments and preparing correspondence and materials.
Staff and Board Assistance – 25%
General office assistance to other staff members, including interns; phone and visitor reception; assist with the advertising, interviewing and general office training of staff and interns. Assist with volunteer program, regional events and local meetings. Respond to board member requests and assist with coordination of board meetings.
Office Equipment and Supplies – 25%
Serve as the liaison between staff and SEACC’s computer technician. Assist with maintenance, administration, upgrading and troubleshooting of office equipment, including computers, phones, printer, fax, network, software and backup system of server files. Maintain inventory and order office supplies and postage; assist with product inventory and ordering.
Pay is dependent upon experience.
